Content Lift

The Content Lift is used to amplify a piece of content that exists within the site (PCMag, Mashable, Lifehacker). It can be an article or a video. Other potential options are microsites, Branded articles, or Premium Immersive experiences built by BrandX. The unit can also be used as a native ad to link to the Advertiser’s site.

ASSETS REQUIRED

This unit is produced internally by the CNET Group Studios team. When used as an Amplification/Distribution unit, we don’t require any assets from the client. We pull in the article’s lead image, headline, and deck to populate the Content Lift.

If the content Lift is used as a Native Ad to link to an external page, we require a standard asset pack including Key Art, Logos, Fonts, Guidelines. The Client can provide the specific image and text elements to include:

  • Image size: 1280x720px
  • Text elements (see above)

INFORMATION

How it works: The unit appears in-stream alongside native editorial content so they look and feel organic to the page and site. The user simply clicks on the unit to be taken to the promoted content or the advertising page.

Lead time: 2 business days for the CNET Group Studios team to produce.
